- Well, Let me inform you a bit! I OWN! purchased, bought, shelled out $100 bucks for
- AFS Pro. and it DESTROYED a 40 meg hard drive I was trying it on. Damn good thing too. If I had
- put it one the gig drive, I would have been out altogether. I followed the directions to a T and
- what I ended up with was a 40 meg hard drive that cannot even be repartitioned due to the rdb
- settings they prescribed in the installation manual. I called them (From America) to get some
- help. No return call. I got on the mailing list. (Email) they ignored my posts saying "It just
- can't do that." which before I installed the software I would have agreed with. The drive was
- perfect before the installation but now it will not be permanently written to. It has turned into
- a 40 meg cdrom with a lot of bugs. The whole time FLD said .."it aint us, you screwed it up."
- well, screw them and their product. I will never purchase another FLD product. If you buy it,
- don't mess with the RDB. You will be sorry!
-
- You can Quote any of this you like to anyone you want!
- I wrote it. A very unhappy AFS purchaser.
